Credits are consumed when using our services, including TTS, STT, PDF to Word (OCR), syncing text with audio, or any services we add in the future. The number of credits used depends on the specific service and any additional features applied. Usage may vary based on content length, complexity, and processing requirements.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Whether upgrading or downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your unused credits from your current plan will not carry over to your new plan.
Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. We recommend choosing a plan that aligns with your expected monthly usage or considering an Enterprise plan for customized credit allocation.
We accept payments via PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal account or directly with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through PayPal — no PayPal account required.
